red and blue lights

I havent used my le potato in awhile....So i decided to break it out and play around...BUT it wont boot now..
Solid red and blue lights...NO matter what image I burn to the SD card...Any ideas why?

@udaredme What tool are you using to burn the SD card and what is the filename of the image you are using?

ive used balena etcher...rufus...and every image that is supposed to boot from microSD - which is limited...

I will post here. I have the same problem where I have an SD card for the storage and I I am getting solid red and blue lights. Here is the output that I have from the serial port. It just loops through the following
