Updating firmware - both LOST and boot.scr ways not working

I tried to update firmware to the newest version (u-boot-2021-07-r1.bin) but both ways (LOST and boot.scr) are not working.
- LOST is unable to download manifest from the server.
- Update via USB disk (boot.scr) is failing. File u-boot-2021-07-r1.scr mentions the older BIN file (u-boot-2020-07-r7.bin) and simple replacing to u-boot-2021-07-r1.bin does not help.
