Repeated restarts after power outage.

While I was restarting my "Le Potato" I experienced a power outage and every image I've  flashed has restarted nonstop and will blackscreen if I plug in a USB device. I've tried Armbian, debian, ubuntu, and lakka. They have all had the same problem. Help would be much appreciated.
