not booting

both my roc-rk3328-cc and my aml905x-cc will not booth.both led lights just stay on solid.the roc was working perfectly fine earlier.tried different power supplies, sd cards, cable, monitors, basically only thing i havent done is tamper with software and replace the things themselves...any idea if this is a software issue?
