UART serial output of boot

in ROC-RK3328-CC
I connect my Apple computer with a debug console cable to the Libre RK3288CC (RX2,TX2 and GND).
I use the command 'screen -fn /dev/tty.usbserial-210 1500000' and I get the following output:

How do I proceed to get readable output?
