How to power the fan?

I just received a ROC-RK3328-CC [1] board and the LoverRPi Active cooling media center PC case [2]
How do I power the cooling fan that comes with the case?
Does the ROC-RK3328-CC board have a cooling fan header with pins specifically for the power the fan (like the ODRIOD does)?
Or, is it a simple matter of plugging the fan's leads into the GPIO header's Gnd and +5v pins?

plugg the fan's leads into the GPIO header's Gnd and +5v pins.
the board needs 16W, need a 3,5A power supply. this is more than the micro usb can support. i plugged the power supply (switch-mode power supply) into header's Gnd and +5v pin. one 5v pin for power supply and the second 5v pin for fan.the button is to enter loader mode, it is not a power button, .
