CVBS not working

I recently purchased an ROC Renegade board. The board works great, but I have a problem. I cannot get CVBS to work. CVBS does not appear in xrandr output, nor is it under /sys/class/drm. I have tried setting enable-cvbs in uboot to no avail. I am on the official Ubuntu 16.04 image. Is there a way to enable cvbs?
