Booting issues
Just got the board assembled and booted or attempted to. It just boots to an odd color test screen with a lot of Chinese lettering. Any thoughts?

Tried reflashing the SD card, removing the emmc and a couple combinations there of. No dice.
I got the weird Chinese-characters screen with the included card.
After flashing with the newer images (I used Etcher on Linux), mine booted to Tritium login!
I have the H5 aka H3 with 2GB, and I already had the eMMC installed (but haven't accessed it yet)
You need to load the Armbian images depending on your board. What you are seeing is the chip-set with no image.
Go to the link below and click the readme first to select the correct image.

Use Etcher or Rufus to burn the image onto your memory cards. Try using Etcher first but if you have any issues then Rufus is the way to go. Both are easy to use.
Etcher - https://etcher.io/
Rufus - https://rufus.akeo.ie/
Good luck.
i had to use a different sd card. then the same steps worked
Make sure your memory cards are format to FAT32.
