Unable to correctly set up boot SD card
Hi!
I got the H3 from the kickstarter campaign and I've been trying to boot it up without success. I've tried with both the loverpi hosted images in:
http://share.loverpi.com/board/libre-computer-project/libre-computer-board-all-h3-cc/image/raspbian/
And with Armbian.
I've tried with dd
and Etcher on Linux and Mac OSX without success. All I get is a red led and the ethernet lights always on, as it's been described before by other users here.
I've checked the slides related to this process but they still have some broken links and missing information. Some comments there are pretty old and have not been addressed.
Is there anything missing in the guides I should consider? Is there any way to get a final single guide that should be followed?

Have you tried using a different SD card? Do you have the eMMC chip connected to the device? If so, remove it before attempting to boot via the SD card. I do not have the H3, I have the H5 which I was able to successfully use on the first attempt. Currently I am using the Raspbian image to which you refer.
By the way, there is a new Wiki page for the Libre Computer ALL-H3-CC boards. There is not much content there as it was only recently created. There should be more information coming online soon... I hope! Here is the link.

I did try with a couple other SD cards and with the eMMC module on and off, with the same result. Every card I tried resulted in the same LEDs remaining turned on, which is btw the same result I get if I turn it on without eMMC or SD card on. I think probably my device has an issue with the SD card slot, so I'll try with FEL mode and see...
Curiously enough, sunxi-fel lists my device as an H5 (?)...

Hi there, I'm having the same issue: Unable to get any images to boot, always just "a red led and the ethernet lights always on," were you able to find a working solution?
Thanks!
