Linux flashing utility via OTG cable for emmc? Is there instructions on flashing and booting from emmc?

I have bionic beaver server successfully installed on the emmc, currently running
Pihole. The hot swap wasnt to terrible. I got it the first time I tried. Then used the
Lc distro tool to flash it. It seemed to wake up the board quite a bit,
