Doesent matter whitch image i use, all desktops environments are super laggy. Video playback is practically impossible.

In Ubuntu folders opening in milliseconds, smooth browsing in browser + smooth vide playback.
Apparently i did not receive the same board.
What board, build, PSU, sd-card did you use to make the video?
Did you use the command line like in the video?
What do you mean? Did i check how mutch free space i have?
In the video, you can see a smooth operating system. In the video you are running apps from operating system not command line.
What is the bitrate and quality of the video you are trying to decode?
For hardware accelerated decode, you need to use h264dec.sh. That video in the browser is most likely a lower bitrate using software decode which is slower.
