HiFiBerry ? HDMI-ARC ? Gb Ethernet ?
Hi everyone !
I'm pretty new in there. :-) Already nice work.
I would like to create a sound system based on a AML S905X-CC & HifiBerry.
The only option that I see to make the audio go into the board, is to use HDMI-ARC, but I don't know if it's gonna be supported by libre.computer.
Do you have any idea ?
I'm a bit sad that this board doesn't come with Gigabits ethernet, do you think that it will be the case in a futur version ?
Thanks for your support.

their next version SBC ROC-RK3328-CC will have Gigabit Ethernet

the board is going out to backer's so should be on market soon
@jeepthing, The software for these boards are completely different. No board is superior to another board in every way. The ROC-RK3328-CC doesn't do a lot of the things AML-S905X-CC can do and vice versa. The reason S905X doesn't have gigabit is because it doesn't have GMAC exposed to hook up a gigabit PHY to.
Hi ahain !
My main question was about HiFiBerry & the use of HDMI-ARC.
Do you have any idea about these ?
