Debian LXDE i2c bus
in AML-S905X-CC
When I do an i2cdetect -y 0 on Debian LXDE, is that returning the information from the i2c bus on header pins 3 and 5?
I’m not seeing the device address I expect on header pins 3 and 5 and in /dev I only see one i2c bus enumerated.
If it isn’t, how would I turn on the i2c bus for header pins 3 and 5?

Is there any way for me to know what pins the default i2c bus is using in Debian stretch?
I figured out that the system is picking up the HDMI i2c and that is what I’m seeing. It looks like I’ll have to mess with the device trees and overlays to get the bus I need (pins 3/5) to show up.
We have uploaded new images with the lc_overlay tool to support device tree overlays. You can enable i2c on different pins using it.
