Ordered Feb 2. Says orders are shipped 2-3 days. That was a LIE.
Order marked shipped Feb 20. Says shipping takes 15-30 days. Another lie? Its March 24 ... well over 30 days.
Tracking number link gives NOTHING
I have repeatedly tried emailing customer service and got NO REPLY. This is absolutely criminal. This is THEFT of $85.
Answer
1 - Where is my order?
2 - Why does tracking not show anything?
3 - Why does Customer Service not respond.
I will NEVER deal with this company again or any other in China! You are crooks and if this is not resolved immediately, I am filling a complaint with my bank.

@uudruid74 Your order fell on Chinese New Year period and there was a notice bar on the website stating when orders would be fulfilled on February 15th. It takes approximately 5 days between the order being shipped to having a US tracking number. It does seem there is no tracking and we will have someone follow up with the shipping company to see where the package went and provide an expedited resolution.
I move in a couple weeks!

We were able to track down the shipment. It was lost by the intermediary shipping company and we are in the process of re-fulfilling it via DHL.

Is there an estimated arrival? If it will be more than 30 days then I need to give you a new address as I'm moving.
