Background:

Allwinner's H3 pin-to-pin compatible chip family consists of H2+, H3, and H5. H2+ and H3 are identically equipped with 4 ARM Cortex-A7 CPU cores, 1+2 ARM Mali-400 Geometry+Pixel GPU cores, and Allwinner's DE2 display engine. H5 is equipped with 4 ARM Cortex-A53 CPU cores, 2+4 ARM Mali-450 Geometry+Pixel GPU cores, and Allwinner's DE2 display engine. Allwinner's upstream open-source support is maintained by the linux-sunxi community.
