Question Regarding Ethernet and USB

So, on the older models of the Rapberry Pi, it seems the USB and the Ethernet are going through the same chip, drastically reducing the ethernet speed, and even more so when using the USB at the same time. On my multimedia server, this is a big issue, especially when transferring files to and from the drives hosted by that pi. I could get one of the newer models, but after using the Libre ALL-H3-C2 to host a web server, I'm starting to like these more.

My question, though, is does the Libre have the same drawback as t he pi in regards to the USB / ethernet hosts? Or does the ethernet have it's own chip, like the new pi does? If the ALL-H3-C2 doesn't, is there any Libre SBC that does?

Ethernet is dedicated but the ALL-H3-CC is limited to Fast Ethernet (100Mbit/s or ~12MB/s).

12 is better than the 3 I currently get. How is does the rate of the other SBCs compare?

Renegade and Renegade Elite both have Gigabit Ethernet. But the software is not yet in a good state. Other boards are all Fast Ethernet. Tartiflette that is coming out has Gigabit Ethernet and good software support.
