Metal case order - received two bottom plates

Hi Guys,
I received my order for the la frite metal case but it arrived as two bottom plates, so non top part with the heatsink. I replied to the order confirmation email but maybe this isn't monitored. This is for order 3229. Could you help or advise please. Apologies if this isn't the place for this comment, it's the only place I could find to report this to the sellers.

No responses from emails, no responses from forum posts. They seem to have a "sell & Forget" policy. Two orders from them and both are screwed up! eMMC card delivered has no cut-outs and came with no fixings!

At least you got an EMMC. I'm still in limbo about mine... It's been months.
