Interesting project. It's a lot of work to get Tianocore to where u-boot is now though.

It will be awesome if one day it can be as mature as the one for the rpi:

then maybe we will be able to boot generic OSes including win10 on arm

You can run EFI apps right now using u-boot. Our images are using generic distro images.
