Backer 17 - Didnt get the email

Just happened to log onto Kickstarter to find I needed to fill out the survey.  I filled it out today, then found that the survey is locked as of Kickstarter Update 17.  Where do I need to fill out a survey to get my La Frite fulfilled? What other steps need to be done? I am Backer #17.

Hey @loverpi, any chance of getting a response? The fulfillment page gives no response, just keeps reloading with no information.
