Power ON / Off options
Hello just got my Potato running and configured as I want. However there is still something bugging me, I can't
power off the device via command, it just reboots when I send "Shutdown now" or "Shutdown -P now".
Also, it just boots when I plug it in, Is there an easy option to set a power on/off button? I could just set a simple switch in power micro-usb port, however it would not solve the issue of a safe poweroff, I guess continue shutting it down by unplug will eventually corrupt my SD-Card.
Tried the Ubuntu image and now I am with armbian with the same issue.
Edit: changed microsd for micro-usb

However I found the command "halt" works to turn it off (at least in armbian, I haven't tested in the ubuntu image), now I will try to create a switch between the micro usb port and the power cable to completely shutting down it.
sloppy
THe pi also has some pins on the I/O connector that shuts it down
You pull up DOS window or what ever its called in the developer options and theres some command that turns it on
I tried CoreElec and that executes "power off" board correctly. Once board enters "power off state", power supply has to be re-plugged to start the board. This is expected behavior...
