Can't boot

Your product description says easy "plug 'n play". That's why I bought it because I couldn't get my 64 GB sd card to entirely fire up (at least it would boot) on my RPi4 B+. Your card doesn't even boot... I have a solid red and green from the second I power.
What is the issue?
