Pro RPi PoE hat

I'm new to RPi. Does the Pro version of the POE Hat (depicted in the image below) solve the problem of isolation so that it can be safely used with a HDMI display and does it eliminate the risk of damaging the RPi or the POE Hat due to no ground isolation? There seems to be conflicting info on Amazon.

Also, will it fit in the OEM CanaKit case with case fan?

The Pro model is for switches that do not conform with 802.3af standard including any legacy DC PoE switches.
