H264 support for the S905X

The product page on Amazon states clearly that this board is H264 compatible, openH264 maintained by cisco, has arm64 support, and is open freeware. There are no licensing issues, so why are none of the images able to download this codec? At this point, I'd like some evidence that this board can support H264, or I'd like to see the product details at Amazon to be changed to reflect the board's actual capabilities.
